COMMUNICATIONS, NOTIFICATIONS AND PRIVACY

ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Your account will become live upon successful remittance to us for the correct and applicable amount for your Membership and your acceptance of the dreamdateuk Terms and Conditions (This Agreement) and any associated and related agreements.

Your account will automatically end when the period expires, or if you terminate the account at an earlier date.

If a Member closes their account before the natural expiry date, no refund, full or partial, will be refunded.

Furthermore, dreamdateuk are not legally obliged to give any reason for terminating any member account. However, We will only ever do this is we feel it is in the best interests of the Site and its members, or any particular member.

To terminate your account before the natural expiry date, You should use the ‘Delete Account’ button which can be found in your member area under Accounts/Settings.

You can also terminate Your account by emailing dreamdateuk and requesting Us to terminate it for you.

Upon receiving any Members notification of request to close an account, dreamdateuk reserves the right to immediately suspend or immediately terminate a members access to any or all of the Services without notice.

dreamdateuk also reserve the right to delete, suspend or remove any account information and any content submitted by the Member who is requesting account closure.

In the event of any breach of this Agreement, no refund, partial or otherwise, will be given.

Any Member may cancel Their Membership at any time. For more information on how to do this, please see the FAQ page, links to which, can be found in the footer area on all category pages.

Upon receipt of a Members account termination or suspension request, for the benefit of the Member requesting the termination or suspension, dreamdateuk will remove the account from the site, but may not completely delete the account until the expiry date. This will allow the Member to return and reactivate their account complete with all profile content still in place. This may or may not be done on every occasion.

DEATH OR DISABILITY

If a Members active account is not accessed for any length of time, for whatever reason, including death or disability, the account will simply expire at the end of the paid period. All profile pages will be removed from expired accounts but dreamdateuk reserve the right to remove but not delete any or all Member profile content. Further, any content submitted by any Member to any Blog on the Site will remain on the Site.

In the event of any disability which prevents You from accessing or using the Site or any of its’ Services, dreamdateuk will, upon receipt of a valid Doctors certificate and letter confirming the reasons as to why You could not access or use the Site, grant a further period of Membership for free.

ACCOUNT RENEWAL

dreamdateuk do not automatically renew Memberships. It is Your responsibility (as a Member) to ensure uninterrupted continuity of Your Membership by going through the payment process to renew for a further Membership period.

These Additional Terms and Conditions are included specifically for the naughty category but also apply to all other categories.

PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

1. dreamdateuk do not use a monthly subscription service! There are no recurring payment systems implemented on dreamdateuk.co.uk.

2. The premium features we do offer are paid for on a PAYG (pay as you go) system. For example; You want to add your photo to the top carousel… This costs 100 credits and 100 credits costs £2. You pay the £2 for the 100 credits and the transaction is finished. Nothing recurs and no other money is taken.

Any and All payments for the services of the dreamdateuk website are processed by PayPal. dreamdateuk does not see, handle or maintain any records of any financial transactions made through PayPal.

However, in the event that a refund may be necessary, dreamdateuk.co.uk will issue a refund within 72 hours of the initial request provided that none of the purchased Services have been utilised.

Beyond these conditions, requests for refunds will be at the sole discretion of dreamdateuk.co.uk and will be reviewed on a member to member basis and be dependant on the reasons given for refund request.
