Our promise to all users of the dreamdateuk site
We promise to maintain a genuine, online dating service which includes all the features necessary in order for you to browse site members, contact them and talk to them with the intention of becoming friends or arranging a date. All members at dreamdateuk.co.uk have free access to join, search and chat with all other members. This free access is genuine and without limits. There are not even any ads to go through to get the free membership!
Although we can not guarantee that all members have entered genuine profile details (some people lie after all), we do guarantee that 100% of the members on this site have personally entered their details via the sign-up page and we guarantee that there are absolutely no fake or imported profiles on any areas of the site.
We promise to make every effort to ensure that the site remains a safe and secure environment so much as is possible online.
We clearly display details of ownership, terms and conditions, privacy policy, contact details, safety tips and additional information at the bottom of every page.
dreamdateuk.co.uk is wholly owned by Soirbheachas Ltd and it is under no influence from third parties with financial interests in the company.
We promise that all pages in connection with premium feature fees and payments clearly explain what you are purchasing, the amount you are paying and the length of period/credit that you have acquired for the amount paid.
For premium feature purchase, after any payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email containing full details of your transaction.
We will constantly review member submissions for inappropriate content and any member breaching our Terms and Conditions will be removed from the site immediately.
We operate a zero tolerance to any content that could be deemed inappropriate in any way. (so… no hate speech or discrimination)
We promise that at no time ever will any messages be automated from one member to another.
We provide a link on every users profile allowing that profile to be reported if any content that could be deemed as inappropriate has been posted.
When profile reviews are active, we aim to review all submissions within one hour and at best, within minutes.
You can report any member for inappropriate or fraudulent activity by using any of the appropriate links on the site. Any profile found to be fraudulent in intention will be removed immediately and without warning and the offending IP address will be logged for future use.
We constantly monitor profiles for genuine content and any profiles found to be disingenuous will be suspended until the member can assure us otherwise.
Links to the help section and account area will be available on every appropriate page.
We provide a quick and easy cancellation service and you are free to cancel your membership at any time. Just go to your profile and click the ‘delete profile’ button!
Closed profiles will never be visible again on the site or show up in search results and will not be included in the current membership figures.
There are links to our complaints procedure at the bottom of every page and the help section includes information on how to make a complaint.
We promise to deal with any complaints as soon as possible and deal with them in a fair, consistent manner and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
If, at any time, you are unhappy with the site, or you believe that we have breached our customer charter, please contact us and we will do our very best to settle your concerns.
